CDK Global launches Digital Documents

CDK Global, the automotive Dealership software provider, recently launched Digital Documents, which equips Dealerships with tools to digitise post-sale processes and reduce paperwork.

Powered by MotorDocs, Digital Documents is the latest solution to be launched under the Connected Systems portfolio of products, which integrates with the CDK Dealer Management System (DMS) improving efficiencies to enable the smoother running of Dealerships across Ireland and the UK.

CDK Global says that Digital Documents will provide Dealerships with access to MotorDocs’ leading document management solution iDealFile. The solution seamlessly integrates with both Autoline Drive and Autoline Revision 8 to turn unsecured, paper-based sales documents into secure, digitally signed, visible and auditable data.

With a focus on improving customer service, streamlining processes and ensuring transparency and compliance, iDealFile promises numerous advantages for Dealers. Dealers will be able to maximise security by reducing the need for paper documentation, instead placing data and documents in a fully protected, secure cloud area, and the contact-free signature feature enables customers to sign documents digitally on their own device.

iDealFile greatly increases productivity, cutting up to four hours per deal file thanks to the automatic extraction of post-sale documentation from the DMS, according to CDK.
